All production assignments require a mutually agreed quotation and a signed production agreement prior to locking crew dates and studio schedules:

• Milestone Payments: Intermediate payments are due upon completion of production filming and submission of first-cut review edits.

If a Client requests to reschedule a confirmed filming date with less than 72 hours' notice, the Client shall be responsible for any rebooking fees, equipment hold costs, or crew retention charges incurred. 5. Intellectual Property, Copyright & Usage Rights

Intellectual property ownership and commercial licensing are structured as follows:

• Final Deliverables: Upon receipt of 100% full payment, all agreed commercial usage rights for the final edited masters are transferred to the Client for broadcast, digital, and promotional distribution.

• Showcase & Portfolio Rights: BigX Production retains the perpetual, non-exclusive right to display snippets of the final work in showreels, agency portfolios, case studies, and social media solely for self-promotional purposes.

6. Client Responsibilities & Approvals

The Client agrees to:

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure), including extreme natural weather disasters, airspace restrictions by government authorities, or civic emergencies.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BigX Production, its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, third-party distribution issues, or platform-specific compression artifacts once final master deliverables have been approved.
